Keadyn boosts venture team with legal and fintech expert Dave Dirks

The Keadyn team is pleased to announce that as of March, Dave Dirks will join us as Venture Partner.

Dave is a partner at the tech law firm Certa Legal, he possesses extensive legal experience in venture capital transactions, cross-border M&A deals and venture development. He has been a trusted advisor to tech ventures and has catalyzed their global expansion into European, Asian, and US markets.

Dave also acts as an advisor to financial institutions and startups on fintech JVs and solutions. He is an experienced investor with an early stage investment in Startupbootcamp and he is the co-founder of EVO Venture Partners; a venture building fund focused on infrastructure cloud solutions.
